I've never worked with a coach before and I wasn't sure what to expect. As we began working through her methods, I began to have true clarity on my goals, what was important to me business wise and personally. I highly recommend Karen as a coach. She has patience, knowledge and a great intuitive skill when coaching people!

Working with Inspired Coaches has given me confidence in myself and helped me to realise my values, how valuable these are to me and how to align them to my job. It has enabled me to see how to use similar techniques in my 1-1 meetings with my team.

The coaching techniques enabled me to review and assess my values objectively and then using the framework, work with my new team to assess their values and drivers. These insights have enabled me to define tactics and strategies for how I can evolve how I work to maximise the value derived from the team. Likewise, the team can now recognise values and drivers in each other to enable them to maximise or mitigate each other’s contributions.

I looked forward to the sessions, Karen is a talent and lovely person. Karen is very professional, even whilst working from home, with the odd family intervention. This is part of the 2020s work life balance:-)

A big thank you to Karen for working with me over the past couple of months. I have recently met Karen through contact with a Reiki colleague. I have been unwell and recovering for a number of weeks so was very grateful to her for providing me with some remote treatments. The two sessions have lifted me plus provided me with deep relaxation and comfort. Karen has a very professional caring approach and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for a reiki treatment.

I have been fortunate to have distant reiki sessions with Karen over a period of time. Karen explains what shall happen and how Reiki shall work, she is very attentive and makes a point of checking in later on the day. I have always thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with Karen and am left feeling uplifted and peaceful after a session. My last session I felt so much heaviness lift and clarity return. Extremely grateful to have met Karen and to have been able to experience her special gift.

I was struggling to let go of some issues that were blocking my path to success in a particular area. Karen worked with me to clear these issues. For me, delving into the unconscious mind feels powerful and I was surprised at myself, the things I was hanging onto, and how this technique helped me to visualise my emotions. The results are immediate and upon reflection I knew what the issues were and what I needed to do, I just needed help to get there.

Karen is an exceptional coach, enabling me to tap into my values, peeling back the layers to help me reach a deeper level of understanding.
