Educated in the UK and Australia in environmental policy, law, and resource management, I spent over a decade working across think tanks, NGOs, academia and corporates — exploring how sustainability can be embedded in systems and strategy. After completing an MBA with a focus on social business models, I shifted focus to family life, stepping away from my career during a time of personal challenge and personal development. 

My own journey brought deeper meaning to my work. Founding Inspired Coaches CIC allowed me to merge both my career and my interest in personal development. I started supporting leaders of social business while training for my ILM-accredited executive coaching. I now work with purpose-led leaders personally and professionally, supporting the intersection of leadership coaching, energetics and spiral dynamics consultancy — helping leaders to be the change they want to be.
